Oh how do I describe this one? The original recipe was a basic blueberry buckle. Somehow I turned it into a cake with a cobbler on top with a lot of crunch on top. So not sure if I should call this a cake or a cobbler. This will disappear! I do not ... More

Hi..I printed this out today and made it today too. I used frozen Blueberries thawed and rinsed them first, subsituted margarine for the butter and where it says use 1/2 sugar..I cut in half 1/4 splenda and 1/4 reg sugar and in the crumbly mixture as well. I need to watch my cholestrol and weight is all otherwise would have made orginal recipe for sure but I got to tell I will make again and again. This was simple, yet can be served at elegant events. This was awsom!!!!
