How to make it

  • Mix all teriyaki ingredients well.
  • If I use b/s breast I slice 4 lengthwise about 1/2-3/4" thick and pour 1/2 of the marinade over it in a bowl and mix to coat well. Pierce several times with fork and let sit for at least an hour. If using thighs or wing let marinade overnight
  • I fried the breast strips on high for 3 min per side
  • Server over rice, drizzle a bit of sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds
