Teriyaki Chicken

- Yields about a cup shopping list
- 1/2 C soy sause shopping list
- 1/4 C sesame oil shopping list
- 1.5t minced ginger shopping list
- 2T garlic powder shopping list
- 3T brown sugar shopping list
- chicken of choice. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all teriyaki ingredients well.
- If I use b/s breast I slice 4 lengthwise about 1/2-3/4" thick and pour 1/2 of the marinade over it in a bowl and mix to coat well. Pierce several times with fork and let sit for at least an hour. If using thighs or wing let marinade overnight
- I fried the breast strips on high for 3 min per side
- Server over rice, drizzle a bit of sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds
