Herb Butter Roasted Turkey

- 1/2 a whole, kosher turkey breast, bone in, with skin (important!) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter, room temp shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped herbs (sage, thyme, rosemary) shopping list
- kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix butter and herbs in a small bowl. Lay your turkey breast in a roasting pan and rub this mixture underneath the skin and all over bottom of breast. Season generously with kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper.
- Roast in a 350 oven for approx. 45 minutes (take out when internal temp registers at 160 degrees).
- Remove from oven, place pan on cooking rack and tent with foil. Let rest at least 30 minutes before slicing. Save the juices from roasting to pour back on sliced turkey, this helps keep it super moist. Now go make a sandwich :-)
