How to make it

  • 1. Put olive oil in pan over medium heat. Put desired amount of salt, pepper and McCormick Monterey Seasoning in. Saute mushrooms. When mushrooms are almost done, add in garlic. I let the ingredients mix in, and then I added the turkey and the sliced green onion until heated through.
  • 2. While its finishing, put the sour dough bread in the toaster.
  • 3. Pit and slice the avocado, and add some garlic powder and Adobo seasoning.
  • 4. Put Mexican Cheese over meat and veggies until melted.
  • 5. Put desired amount of mayo on toasted bread, and then add meat, and avocado.
  • Enjoy!

This really sounds good. Love avacado's, green onions, mushrooms and cheese. Not pepper cheese though. I'll use moneray probably. Turkey and mayo always good together, Tomatoes coming in from garden now, so will have to add some of those too!
