Beef Paprikash

- 1/4 cup Crisco vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef (You can use stew meat instead) shopping list
- 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1 -1 1/2 teaspoons paprika shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped shopping list
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 bag wide noodles, cooked and drained to serve meat over. shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Add ground beef, onion and garlic and brown lightly.
- Stir in flour, salt, paprika, and pepper.
- Add mushrooms and their liquid and the soup.
- Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Blend in sour cream and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken.
- Serve over wide noodle and sprinkle with parsley.
