How to make it

  • Heat oil in a large skillet.
  • Add ground beef, onion and garlic and brown lightly.
  • Stir in flour, salt, paprika, and pepper.
  • Add mushrooms and their liquid and the soup.
  • Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Blend in sour cream and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken.
  • Serve over wide noodle and sprinkle with parsley.
