How to make it

  • Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend or process until sauce is smooth.
  • If you prefer a thinner peanut sauce, add a little more water or coconut milk.

    I have also made some before with peanut butter, and this one is much better. It is so good used in a cold noodle salad too.

    Wow! This looks delicious! I've made a Thai peanut sauce with peanut butter before but this looks a total cut-above! Lovely post!
