Avocado Deviled Eggs

- 6 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled shopping list
- 1 medium avocado, halved & pitted shopping list
- 1+ tbsp lemon juice, to taste shopping list
- Paul Prudhomme's poultry seasoning, or similar blend - to taste shopping list
- cayenne pepper, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cut eggs in half and carefully remove yolks.
- Combine yolks, avocado flesh, lemon juice & seasonings. Mash and mix to incorporate.
- Taste & adjust seasonings if needed.
- Cut a small corner from a plastic zipper bag.
- Spoon mixture into bag. Pipe into egg halves.
- Sprinkle eggs with a bit of cayenne pepper if desired.
