How to make it

  • Combine all meatball ingredients well in large bowl. Mix with hands,but don't over work the mixture.
  • Form into about 50 small meatballs and place on a cooling rack over a baking sheet.
  • Bake in a 400 oven for 12-14 minutes, until cooked through but not over done.
  • Meanwhile, combine all sauce ingredients in medium sauce pan.
  • Heat, stirring frequently, over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
  • Combine meatballs and sauce and serve immediately, or, add to slow cooker to keep warm.(don't heat on anything over low, or the meatballs will break down.)
