I tried this. I followed the directions exactly. It was mostly like fudge balls. They tasted way more like almond fudge balls then pumpkin. I'm going to make these again, and I'm going to add less chocolate, more pumpkin, and do a chocolate coating on the outside.

I kind of manipulated the recipe a bit... a little bit on purpose and a little by accident :-P
I added less cookies and almonds, more pumpkin, and coated them in chocolate with ground almonds sprinkled on top....
By accident... I forgot the water/vanilla in the first batch... they're a little dry, but I'm thrilled with them non the less...
Just call me June Cleaver :-P
