Crayfish Bake

- 3 pounds crayfish, washed shopping list
- 3/4 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, mashed with peel on shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste (be generous) shopping list
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Line a baking tray with foil. Then place 2 long pieces of foil in a cross shape. This will be the crayfish container.
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
- Place the crayfish on the foil. Take the edges and close.
- Put in the oven for 20 minutes, max 25 if the crayfish is big. You do not want to over cook this.
- Serve immediately.
