Ricotta Cheesecake

- Filling shopping list
- 600 grams of ricotta cheese ( 2 tubs) shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup of sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp of flour shopping list
- 1 tsp of vanilla shopping list
- lemon zest shopping list
- Mix all ingredients and set aside shopping list
- Crumble shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup of flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup of sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 tbsp of baking powder shopping list
- Pinch of salt shopping list
- lemon zest shopping list
- 3/4 cup of butter shopping list
- Mix all ingredients and set aside (it should look like a crumble) shopping list
How to make it
- Set oven at 350*
- In a tear away baking pan put in half the crumble and spread to cover the bottom
- next add the filling
- then on top put the rest of the crumble make sure to cover the pan
- bake for 50 minutes, or top is golden brown
- Enjoy!!
