Ingredients

How to make it

  • Blow up your balloons.
  • Mark off with a marker where you want the big opening to be for the pointing down side and a small maybe a dime sized circle on the opposite side for the lamp eclectic cord to come through.
  • Use glue to soak the twine or string in.
  • Place each piece of string on the balloon.
  • Let dry.
  • Kill the balloon or ball.
  • Put in a light and there you go!
  • I would not use a very strong wattage bulb in this, but I think in lots of colors this will be so pretty!

Tuilelaith, this is AWESOME! When I started the group, I intended for it to include ideas like this. I think some of my juniors/ seniors would absolutely love this! Keep 'em coming, girl! Help me think of a final project to kick-off Christmas break ~ I'm thinking Thursday and/or Friday. I have a beaded Christmas tree plan that can be used as a pendant or earrings, depending on the size of bead that you use. My students of all ages love this one. I'll post it in the next couple of days. ;)
