Ingredients

How to make it

  • 1. Cook the bacon over medium heat in a non-stick pan until golden brown and crisp, about 5~7 minutes total. Drain on a paper towel.
  • 2. Toast the bread in a toaster according to preference. If using cheese, place on toasted bread to get it soft and melted.
  • 3. Cut the tomatoes into this slices and set aside. Lettuce can either be shredded or used as whole pieces depending on preference.
  • 4. Combine and stir together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and relish for the In-N-Out sauce. Spread the mixture on each slice of toast. Lay the lettuce, tomato slices, and then the bacon pieces. Cover with a second slice of toast and enjoy!

As John Montagu Fourth Earl of Sandwich sets at his gaming table searches for an obvious convenience.Thinking two slices make a handy foundation.
Take for example if one were to look upon this recipe as an open face sandwich then there would be a psychological reaction, where as if covered with a topper then it is merely a matter of ones guesswork...You know, sorta like gambling :o)
So...are you in or are you out ?
Either way what does it matter as long as it satisfies the hunger.
No necessity for carrying the victorian flatware and holloware,no need for crockery or cutlery.
It is a meal to be cradled in the palm of your hands and devoured with great pleasure.

    If you don't think so
