This sure did hit my Blt craving! I'm usually an all mayo girl on a Blt but I was wanting to try something new...and it was good! I did use sourdough bread instead of the whole grain and colby cheese instead of American. I think American would have melted better. Great sandwich!

Not enough sauce for me. I'd have to double it minimal.

That doesn't look like enough Points, your right. I didn't measure though since I was just making it for myself lol! I just squeezed some ketchup into a bowl then added what looked like double the mayo then just a dallop of relish.

Not exactly a special sauce in any account. It's what standardly goes on my hot dogs.

That looks super yummy Michelle! The ketchup/mayo mixture sounds intriguing. I'll have to give it a whirl once tomato season hits Ottawa.

Wow, that looks super good. That's a toned down Thousand Island kinda thing.

I'm guessing the sauce is what "In and Out Burger" uses on their burgers? We don't have those here, I think they are only in California? Anyway, thanks ladies :)

There is an In N Out about 60 miles from me but I have never been there. Its always so packed - cars in the driveway backed up out into the street half the time. Some of the guys I work with have eaten there and they just rave about it. I'm curious but not that curious. :-)

Hehe I would be there in a hot minute..but that's just because In and Out burger is rated the #1 burger in the US and I'm a foodie!
