How to make it

  • carmelize onions and garlic w butter
  • add salt pepper, celery salt
  • add all other ingredients except cream and boil
  • bring temp down to med and laddle into blender and pour back into pot
  • and add cream, bring to boil and serve with grilled cheese!

    I'm going to make this soon, sounds delicious! if i froze this, would you add the cream still? Or would you add some after thawing?
