I love lasagne but hate ricotta/cottage. I usually BARELY use any in mine, actually just enough so I can call it "four cheese"! You should check mine out! This would be a good way to make a little change from the norm!

I put some dollops of cottage cheese on top of the mozarella slieces between layers to make it more traditional...but this is great!! Weekend meal I think this weekend!!
