How to make it

  • Pour boiling water over bulghur in a large bowl. Stir well, cover and leave to soak for 1 hour.
  • Drain bulghur and return to bowl.
  • Add all other ingredients and stir well.
  • Cover and chill for 2-3 hours before serving.

    Love Tabbouleh. Last time I had it was in Indy, last year. Going to have to smuggle in some bulghur on my next trip. Great post. RJ

    very much like the one that I make as well - love the mint and fresh cruly parsley flavors - I add a little fresh chopped garlic as well - gives it a little punch with the lemon and the cucumber - thanks for waking a craving!!!
