- 1 napa cabbage, washed and shredded shopping list
- 2 inches of peeled fresh ginger chopped shopping list
- 3 large garlic cloves chopped shopping list
- 15 mint leaves, shredded shopping list
- 6 green onions green only slivered shopping list
- 1/4 red onion sliced in thin strips shopping list
- 1 fresh red bell pepper cut in strips shopping list
- 1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked, crumbled shopping list
- 2 tbsp of white rice, dry toasted in a pan, ground in a mortar and pestle shopping list
- Dressing shopping list
- 3 tbsp of lime juice shopping list
- 2 tbsp of lemon grass paste (buy it!! in produce) shopping list
- 2 tbsp of fish sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp of tamarind paste shopping list
- 2 packets of splenda or 2 tbsp of brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp of crushed dried red Thai chili pepper shopping list
- 1 tbsp of water to thin out dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Cook beef, reserve.
- Chop veggies.
- Mix dressing.
- Combine and chill.
- Awesome and keeps getting better and better as it sits.
