This sounds really great, perfect for summer! also these are the types of meals I love to make because there is always left overs that I can put away for my husband to take to work with him for lunch, he is a carpenter and very rarely is there a microwave. I bet this is really good cold.

I have plenty of sausage in my freezer because I make my own and haven't found enough recipes to serve them with. This sounds really good. Thanks.
