How to make it

  • One does not need a egg milk batter if your stuffing is moist enough to hold the crumbs in place
  • This recipe can be deep fried also for a more crispy texture
  • I used my skillet to fry these
  • Simply form your stuffing into desired size
  • Roll in batter, then coating or simply roll in coating
  • pan fry or deep fry
  • Drain on paper toweling
  • Serve for breakfast, brunch or a side with a poultry meal
  • Enjoy
