How to make it

  • preheat oven to 180.c, and lightly grease a 24cm pan
  • crush biscuits and macadamias in food processor, until corse crumbs, add the cooled butter and process til combined...press into pan and bake for 10mins, remove and cool
  • heat the chocolate, extra butter and 1/3 c cream in a heatproof bowl over simmering water...then allow to cool.....whip remaining cream and add to the choc mixture with the passionfruit and gelatine mix.
  • pour the choc mix into the crust, chill until set...serve topped with extra cream, passionfruit and white choc shavings!
