This is something you can make for a brunch or you can use these for appetizers

Ingredients
- 1 large vidaliaonion, sliced (most any other onion will do)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 package cornbread mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 can cream style corn
- 2 to 3 drops hot sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon dill salt
- 1 cup grated cheese, divided
Directions
- Saute onion in butter and set aside.
- Combine next 5 ingredients and add to onion mixture.
- Pour into buttered 8 inch pan.
- Mix last 3 ingredients and save out 1/2 cup grated cheese and over batter.
- Sprinkle with additional 1/2 cup cheese.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
