How to make it

  • Place oil in pan to coat evenly- Teflon pan for extra non stick
  • Mix coating ingredients in zip lock bag
  • Dip wings in cream in another zip lock bag
  • Then roll wings in crumbs to coat, shake off excess
  • Place wings in pan in a single layer
  • Bake 375 for 45- 50 minutes or crispy and done
  • I turned over once in pan the last 15 minutes of cooking
  • Note: I served these over pineapple rice as a main course ( cooked white rice, pineapple chunks and Hoisin sauce )
