My Vidalia Onion Pie Recipe

How to make it

  • Prebrown the pie crust
  • Slice the onions and place in a pan with butter, salt to taste, cook until just turning clear
  • Pour over into the deep dish pie
  • Mix the mayo, sour cream, cheese and splenda
  • Pour over onion mixture
  • Bake about 15 min until bubbly
