Bacon, cheese and all in a muffin form? This is almost a perfect breakast!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 to 1/3 lb Bacon
  • 1/2 c Bacon Drippings
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 c Milk
  • 1 c Shredded Cheese
  • 2 c Flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c Sugar
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Beat egg.
  3. Stir in milk, Bacon drippings, and cheese. Set aside.
  4. Sift together: flour, salt, sugar, baking powder.
  5. Stir into egg mixture.
  6. Crumble up bacon and add to the mix.
  7. Spoon into greased muffin tins.
  8. Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
