I just came across this recipe and couldnt wait to share it with all of you!
Ingredients
- Raspberry Dressing (makes enough for a few salads) shopping list
- 2/3 cup frozen raspberries thawed shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons minced red onion shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1 cup olive oil shopping list
- Salad shopping list
- 1 head romaine lettuce shopping list
- 1 8 oz. can mandarin oranges shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts OR shopping list
- handful crumbled bleu OR shopping list
- gonzola cheese shopping list
How to make it
- mix dressing ingredients in a blender until smooth
- toss lettuce with dressing, enough to coat
- sprinkle with oranges, walnuts/cheese
