How to make it

  • Blend wine, garlic, salt and pepper, paprika and liquid smoke and pour over the lamb chops.
  • Marinade for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
  • Grill the chops on a barbeque or on a griddle pan until golden brown on each side. See Photo

    This is a very delicious marinade for lamb and very easy! I marinated my four chops for a bit over three hours and broiled them. I had smoked paprika so that is what I used. Thank you, Ana! Added a link in IMI on 9/13/13 - and my picture, too.
