How to make it

  • Combine sugar and water; bring to a boil for one hour, stirring constantly.
  • In a second pot combine vodka, instant coffee and vanilla; boil.
  • Mix the two pots together.

    I've made my own Kahlua before (but not in many years now) and I remember it was WAY better than the liqour store stuff. Anyone who likes Kahlua really should try this - I'll have to post all the ways I like to use it!!! Keep 'em coming, Zena!
