- marinade shopping list
- 1/2 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup sherry shopping list
- 1/2 cup honey shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground thyme shopping list
- 2 tsps curry powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 1/2 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 3 lb chicken shopping list
- rice shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked brown rice shopping list
- 3 cups water shopping list
- 2 tblsp olive oil shopping list
- 8 pitted prunes shopping list
- 8 apricot halves shopping list
How to make it
- mix together soy sauce, lemon juice, sherry, honey, thyme, curry powder, oregano, ginger, pepper, garlic
- Place marinade with the chicken into a reseable bag and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours(the longer it marinates the better the flavor)
- Prepare the rice by heating the olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken pieces until browned and sprinkle with prunes and apricots pour the marinade in to the skillet bring to a summer cover and cook for 30 minutes simmer until sauce is thickened and chicken is done
