How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
  • Roll into small balls. Flatten with fork slightly.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 min. (golden brown)

    Very tasty and a better texture then the other flour less cookie recipes I have tried. I like to make pie crusts with peanut butter cookies and this recipe will work very nicely.

    I hade made Peanut Butter Cookies Sunday and had near 20 dozen of them.The peanut butter cookies that I make are out of a cook book and they are a hit with alot of people.I've been told that they are so moist.
