Cooking all day waiting for the snow

We are expecting snow. Starting tonight ending Tuesday early AM. It is already gray and cold so I started baking this afternoon. An Apple cobbler and peanut butter cookies, both from this site, My dinner is also a recipe I found here and I have a no bake cookie I am going to make and post today or tomorrow. When it snows cooking in the day time cocktails in the evening while we enjoy everything I cooked.

I haven't tried either recipe yet. Mom did and said she loved both. The cobbler she finished before I could blink. The cookie I found 1/2 in her walker basket hours after I gave it to her. The texture on the cookie is " Okay " it is the third and best flourless recipe I have tried. Unlike flour recipes these fall apart and the texture changes as the days go by.
