How to make it

  • Mix the eggs with the two types of cheese, the tbsp of milk, salt, and pepper together. Stir for about 35 second or until perfectly combined, just to bring out the flavors. Then, grease the pan with the tbsp of olive oil and turn on the stove to medium heat. Stir the eggs on the pan until the eggs are ready. The eggs should not have a dry texture. Stir for about one minute; depending on your stove.

    Finally tried! I think this is my first time mixing Swiss and mozzarella with, well, pretty much anything! It was a nice change and very delicious :) Added a review in Frankieanne's IMI link below :)
