Cheesy Scrambled Eggs
I found this a while back doing a search of some kind that I can't remember now. I thought it was funny that Michelle and I both had this bookmarked and we are the only ones! This made a really nice breakfast and the two cheeses gave the eggs a lot more flavor. I will make this one again. Unfortunately, both cheeses are white and they blend in with the eggs. You can't see they are there but they are!

I make an omelet version of this with ham. I like to add a bit of Dijon while mixing the eggs, it goes great with the Swiss cheese :)

Had to make an unscheduled trip to the store, so I picked up the Swiss and got this made faster than I thought!! These turned out so fluffy and the perfect amount of cheesiness :) I topped the eggs off with some chopped chives. YUM!!!
