This is so easy to make. Any leftover dip can be thinned with mayonnise the next day and used as a salad dressing.

Ingredients
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 envelope "Good Seasons" dry Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 can white tuna in water, drained and flaked

Directions
  1. Whisk together sour cream and dry salad dressing mix.
  2. Fold in tuna.
  3. Cover and chill overnight.
  4. Serve with an assortment of fresh vegetables.

I have to try this during Lent! I have so many cans of tuna, this is a great way to use it up and serve w/ sugar snap peas, squash, asparagus, and broccoli. We could eat this w/ a small piece of fish...Thanks!
