- 1 large , lemon Halved shopping list
- 3 large , garlic cloves Minced shopping list
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Hungarian paprika shopping list
- 2 teaspoon(s) , pepper shopping list
- 2 teaspoon(s) , salt shopping list
- 2 tablespoon(s) , soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoon(s) , hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 2 cup(s) , vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 cup(s) , flour shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange the chicken pieces in a single layer on a plate. Squeeze the lemon over the chicken and store the chicken in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
- Rub the garlic into the chicken and sprinkle the chicken on all sides with the paprika, pepper and salt. Sprinkle the soy sauce and hot sauce evenly over the chicken.
- In a large heavy skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot.
- Meanwhile, put the flour in a paper or plastic bag. Add the chicken pieces and shake until the chicken is coated on all sides; shake off any excess. Place the chicken in the oil and cook the chicken for 10-15 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
