How to make it

  • Drain artichoke hearts, reserving liquid from one jar.
  • Finely chop artichoke hearts, and set aside
  • Saute onion and garlic in reserved liquid in a large skillet over medium heat until tender. Set aside.
  • Combine eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, oregano, pepper, and hot sauce in a bowl, stirring with a wire whisk until blended.
  • Add chopped artichoke, onion mixture, and cheese: stir well.
  • Pour into a greased 11 x 7 baking dish.
  • Bake uncovered @ 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  • Cut into squares.
