Salted Caramel

- 100 gr unsalted butter shopping list
- 100 gr sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp brandy or rum (I used brandy) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp bourbon vanilla paste shopping list
- 1 tsp fine salt shopping list
How to make it
- Put all ingredients on a sauce pan or small frying pan.
- Over medium/high heat allow the butter to melt and then stir gently until you get a smooth caramel.
- Use immediately. Once it cools it will harden.
