How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Whisk eggs along with the onion and garlic powder in a shallow bowl or pie plate. Dump the cracker crumbs onto a separate plate. In a large sized skillet, heat the oil a over medium-high heat. Dip pork chops into the egg first, then press in the cracker crumbs to coat evenly. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side, just until they become golden-brown. Remove and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, turning once. Remove, and serve immediately.

Sounds delicious!!! Going to try this tonight, but with Ritz crackers instead of saltines...only because that's all I have. Hope it works! :P

Wow. This was superb. I thought "what the hell, sounds easy," and it was, but more importantly, it was simply divine!!! My husband really loved these chops, and they ARE very moist inside. Thank you for a great recipe.

I made this pork chop recepie last night and it was easy to prepare. Most of all, my husband thought it was great. He thought it was my idea. LOL, so I just didn't comment any further.
    Liked it very much.
