Pesto Squares

- 1 frozen puff pastry, thawed shopping list
- about 1/2 cup pesto, I used this one Pesto shopping list
- 1 large Roma tomato, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 cup shredded Havarti cheese, (you could also use mozzarella) shopping list
- S&P shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Unfold puff pastry and roll the rectangle to about 10-12 inches long. Place on a greased cookie sheet.
- Spread the pesto evenly over the entire pastry. Sprinkle with half the cheese, top with tomato slices, and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, until puff pastry is golden brown. Cut into as big or as small of squares as you'd like, a pizza cutter works great! I think I cut 12 :)
