How to make it

  • In a small bowl, combine, stirring well, the mustard and vinegar together;
  • Add, stirring continuously, the dill, garlic and lemon juice;
  • Gradually, whisking continuously, add the oil;
  • Season, to taste, with salt and pepper;
  • Serve or can cover and leave to sit for 30 minutes or so before using

    This dressing is Fabulous!!! I seasoned and grilled cod fish, left it cool to about room temperature, then served it a top a mixed green salad drizzled with this dressing. Loved it. Would be great with grilled shrimp and chicken too. Thanks Don, another winner!
