Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper and cooking spray.
  • Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • Add in butter, slice by slice, mixing as you go. (I use pastry cutter).
  • Stir In yogUrt.
  • Add in cranberries, mixing gently.
  • Form dough into a ball and transfer to parchment paper.
  • Form into circle by patting down and rounding with hands to about 1/2 inch thickness.
  • Sprinkle with course sugar and cut into 6 or 8 segments.
  • Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until edges are slightly crisp and top lighlty browned.
  • After removing from oven, rescore lines you cut into wedges.
  • Enjoy!

    Great recipe. They come together quickly and my house smelled heavenly while they were baking. I did have to sub Earth Balance for the butter and 0% sour cream for the yogurt. They taste so good and look very pretty on the plate. Thanks LInds.
