Swiss Cheese Log Recipe

Every year after Christmas I missed Hickory Farms Swiss Cheese Logs so I made-up my own recipe. I like it better than theirs!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 5 ounces swiss cheese, grated
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- dash of hot sauce
- 1/4 cup finely chopped toasted almonds
Directions
- Combine cheeses in a bowl
- Add garlic and hot sauce; mix well
- cover with plastic wrap and chill 2-3 hours
- Form into a log shape and roll in almond, patting in firmly
- Chill
- Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving with assorted crackers
