Flat Dumplings For Chicken And Dumplings

- 1 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 TBS baking powder shopping list
- 6 TBS melted butter shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 3 3/4 cup all purpose flour shopping list
How to make it
- Mix ingredients in order listed in a medium size bowl. Roll half of dough at a time a 1/8 " thick and cut into rectangles about 1 1/2" long, dipping knife in boiling chicken broth between cuts to keep the dough from sticking to the knife. Drop dumplings a few at a time into the boiling broth. Turn pot down to simmer and cook 40 minutes.
