Blueberry Peach Mango Crisp

- 2 cups sliced peaches shopping list
- 1 cup blueberries shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced mango (about 1/2 of a large mango) shopping list
- 1/2 cup maple syrup shopping list
- 1/3 cup apple juice shopping list
- 1 cup rolled oats shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup margerine shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar ( or any sweetener) shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- sprinkle of salt shopping list
- sprinkle of nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all fruit into a greased dish.
- Stir maple syrup and apple juice together and pour evenly over fruit.
- In a mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients, mix lightly to incorporate, and pour over fruit.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until all bubbly and the top is golden brown. If using frozen fruit increase baking times, or thaw it out prior to using.
- Best when eaten warm!

This was great, the only thing different I did was not use margarine, didn't measure and just used the whole mango. I've made many different crisps, but never one as 'exotic' as this.
