This is my spin on a fruit crisp, I created it to use up some fruit that was getting a little soft. But can throw in any fruit in that you like, it's delicious, comfort food that makes the whole house smell fabulous!

Recipe does not say what to do with the margarine. Never use it anyway. I'm using a 70% vegetable oil spread melted and an egg. I am going to mix that into the dry ingred. I am using frozen blueberries and fresh mangos. I'll let you know how it turns out.

I made almost the exact same dish this weekend (only without the booberries) and I put coconut in the crumble and it turned out really good! Although I dont know if it is possible to make your recipe any better, it sounds FANTASTIC- Im so using maple syrup next time!

This was great, the only thing different I did was not use margarine, didn't measure and just used the whole mango. I've made many different crisps, but never one as 'exotic' as this.
