Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine all fruit into a greased dish.
  • Stir maple syrup and apple juice together and pour evenly over fruit.
  • In a mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients, mix lightly to incorporate, and pour over fruit.
  • Bake for about 60 minutes or until all bubbly and the top is golden brown. If using frozen fruit increase baking times, or thaw it out prior to using.
  • Best when eaten warm!
  • Enjoy!

This was great, the only thing different I did was not use margarine, didn't measure and just used the whole mango. I've made many different crisps, but never one as 'exotic' as this.

I made almost the exact same dish this weekend (only without the booberries) and I put coconut in the crumble and it turned out really good! Although I dont know if it is possible to make your recipe any better, it sounds FANTASTIC- Im so using maple syrup next time!
