Pasta With Ricotta And Sausage

- 100 g of pork sausage shopping list
- 200 g of pasta(your choice) I like penne shopping list
- 100 g Ricotta shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Crusty Italian bread shopping list
How to make it
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil
- Peel the sausage and cut into small pieces
- Cook in a non stick pan without adding any oil until golden brown
- Remove from heat and set aside
- Cook the Pasta, when almost ready, add the sausage back into the pan
- Add ricotta to pan with sausage and mix well
- Drain the pasta and toss it in the pan with the sausage and ricotta mixture
- Add a couple of twists of black pepper.
- Serve while hot.
