Easy Crab Bisque Recipe
This is a super easy bisque to put together. Very flavorful thanks to a bit of Sherry!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup lump crabmeat, picked through
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 2 soup cans of milk
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/3 cup dry sherry
  • Frank's Hot Sauce to taste

Directions
  1. Place crabmeat, soups, 1 cup milk and tomato paste into a blender and whip until blended. (less than 60 seconds)
  2. Pour into saucepan and add remaining milk, Worcestershire sauce, sherry and a dash of hot sauce.
  3. Heat just until hot, not boiling.

I adore seafood bisques, so I know I'll be trying this one when autumn finally arrives...so easy, and I'm sure the sherry adds a nice touch!
