How to make it

  • Mix in order given. Make into 3 rolls and freeze or put in fridge until needed
  • Preheat oven to 350F Remove from freezer of fridge about 15 min. before slicing
  • Slice 1/4 inch thick.
  • Bake about 10 min. on a parchment lined cookie sheet
  • Watch closely, you want them to be crispy but not to dark.

    Classic cookie with great flavour.... dangerously tasty! I noticed if you change up the thickness of the slices before baking you get a crispier or softer cookie.... Thanks manella.... you know this batch won't last long....
