Ice Box Gingersnaps

- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 1/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 2/3 cup Crosby's Fancy molasses shopping list
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 tsp. ginger shopping list
- 1 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. cloves shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg or all spice shopping list
How to make it
- Mix in order given. Make into 3 rolls and freeze or put in fridge until needed
- Preheat oven to 350F Remove from freezer of fridge about 15 min. before slicing
- Slice 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake about 10 min. on a parchment lined cookie sheet
- Watch closely, you want them to be crispy but not to dark.

manella...I just checked that I have all my fav spices for these cookies... I'm making them on the week-end...Mmm I can almost smell them now... You are the BEST! :)

Classic cookie with great flavour.... dangerously tasty! I noticed if you change up the thickness of the slices before baking you get a crispier or softer cookie.... Thanks manella.... you know this batch won't last long....
