Pasta Fagioli - Crockpot

- 2 lbs ground beef (chicken, turkey your choice) shopping list
- 1 large onion chopped shopping list
- 2 stalks celery chopped shopping list
- 2 (28 oz) cans diced tomatoes undrained shopping list
- 1 (16 oz) can red kidney beans drained shopping list
- 1 (16 oz) can white kidney beans drained shopping list
- 4 cups beef broth shopping list
- 3 tsp oregano shopping list
- 3 tsp Italian seasoning shopping list
- 2 tsp pepper shopping list
- dash of red pepper flakes shopping list
- 3 tsp parsley shopping list
- 1-2 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 tbsp sun dried tomatoe paste or regular paste shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic shopping list
- 2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- ***I used 1 parmesan cheese rinds, they would be the hard end of the triangle of cheese shopping list
- 1 (24 oz) jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce shopping list
- 8-10 ounces of dry pasta (small shells, ditalini, small elbows, etc) shopping list
How to make it
- saute beef in 2 tbsp olive oil
- Put in crockpot and then add all the other ingredients except the pasta.
- Stir to mix.
- Cook and cover for 4-6 hours in crockpot
- Last 30 minutes add pasta on low or warm setting.
- Enjoy!!!!
