Beautiful pinky strawberry bread! Great snack bread anytime! Enjoy! :)

Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs well beaten
- 2 - 10 oz. pkgs. frozen strawberries (drain juice, reserve)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup cooking oil
- **Alternative fruits: Blueberries, Peach or Apricots**
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl and then place all the liquids in center.
- Mix by hand with spatula **do not use a mixer.**
- Then place dough in two well greased loaf pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour **Check center for done with toothpick at 45 minutes**
- Cool on rack...serve.
