- 16 Medium-large shrimps (shelled and de-vained) shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic Finely chopped shopping list
- juice of 1 lime shopping list
- 1 red chili pepper Very finely chopped shopping list
- 1 Tsp soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil shopping list
- 1 Tsp Freshly Grated ginger shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 8 Soaked bamboo skewers shopping list
- *chicken Satay* shopping list
- 8 Strips of chicken breast shopping list
- 1/4 Cup peanut butter shopping list
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- juice of 1 lime shopping list
- 1 Tsp Freshly Grated ginger shopping list
- water shopping list
- 8 Soaked bamboo skewers shopping list
- *tempeh Kebabs* shopping list
- 8 Strips tempeh (Or firm tofu if you cant find tempeh) shopping list
- 1 Tbsp Quality mustard shopping list
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 Tsp honey shopping list
- 1 Tsp soy sauce shopping list

- 8 Soaked bamboo skewers shopping list
- *Dipping Sauce* shopping list
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce shopping list
- juice of 1 lime shopping list
- 1 Tsp Grated ginger shopping list
- 1 red chili pepper very finely chopped shopping list

- 24 Large boston lettuce Leaves shopping list
- 1 Package bean sprouts shopping list
- 2 Cups Grated carrots shopping list
- 1 Bunch green onions Thinly Sliced Lenthwise shopping list
- 1 Package Enoki mushrooms shopping list
How to make it
- Soak all bamboo skewers in warm water for at least 20 minutes
- *Shrimp Skewers*
- Combine all ingredients and allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes
- Stick 2 shrimps on each soaked bamboo skewer and grill for about 2 minutes on each side, untill orange.
- Do not overcook!!!
- *Chicken Satay*
- Combine all ingredients and allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes
- Skewer each chicken strip lenghtwise with a soaked bamboo Skewer and grill for about 5 minutes on each side, untill thuroughly cooked
- *Tempeh Kebabs*
- Combine all ingredients and allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes
- Skewer each tempeh strip lenghtwise with a soaked bamboo Skewer and grill for about 5 minutes on each side, untill thuroughly cooked
- *Dipping Sauce*
- Combine all ingredients, emulsify and place in a bowl
- *Lettuce Wraps*
- Carefully remove chicken, shrimp, and tempeh from skewers and lay out on a platter
- Lay out all other vegetables on a large platter with the bowl of dipping sauce in the middle
- To Construct:
- Take a lettuce leaf and place meat of choice along with vegetables inside the leaf and wrap the leaf around them
- Dip in sauce
- Enjoy!
